* Security Systems
* Sprinkler Systems
* Waste Management
* Janitorial
* Snow Removal

Provide General Interior/Exterior Maintenance of Property including, but not limited to:

* Lawn/Landscape Maintenance
* Light Bulb Maintenance
* Plumbing
* Window Washing
* Light Remodeling
* Parking Lot Cleaning

Administrative/Financial Management

* Maintain Leases and Amendments
* Accounts Receivable
* Accounts Payable
