About Me
Melissa Gates is a residential and commercial real estate professional with experienceserving buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants. A member of Capital Area Realtors, Illinois REALTORS, Keller Williams Commercial and the National Association of REALTORS.
Before becoming licensed, Melissa built a strong foundation working as a listing and
closing coordinator and broker assistant – giving her an in – depth understanding of
contracts, timelines, and transaction management. In addition, Melissa helps lease and manage a 25-unit multifamily property, offering clients valuable insight into investment and leasing management.
Outside of real estate, Melissa her husband Matt of 24 years their two daughters and
two dogs Sam and Jack live in Chatham IL. When she’s not working, you’ll find her
cheering on the Chicago Bears, watching her favorite show, eating at Longhorn and
enjoying time in Florida with her family.
